For a strange reason since I first installed Debian Jessie with Konqueror 4.0.x ( or 3.5.x can’t remember ) on my laptop, it was missing some options in the Service Menu ( the right-click menu ) for zip archives ( extract, compress, … ). Even after upgrading to Debian Stretch and KDE 4.1.x the feature kept missing.
